| I am currently working for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS), where I am involved with furbearer trapping and monitoring efforts in the Chesapeake Bay area. It’s another stepping stone allowing me to advance in my chosen field and land a more permanent wildlife position in the future. I am most interested in furbearer/predatory species and look forward to pursuing a long-term career in the nuisance wildlife field with a federal or tribal agency.
